Welcome to the Stella Junior placement offer form. Through this form, CGU member institutions can provide detailed information about the student mobility opportunities they are offering. Please complete all required fields carefully, including information about the host institution, the placement activities, and the candidate profile. All information will be used to ensure proper management of the mobility programme and to facilitate student applications.

We remind you that this form must be compulsorily completed online and in English.
Fill in with the data of the main address of your institution.
Complete the field with the main telephone number to contact your institution.
Fill in with the link to the website of your institution. You can provide a link to the page in English if it’s available.
Fill in with the name of the department where the mobility placement will take place.
Describe in detail the tasks and activities the selected staff member will carry out during the placement.
Detail here the specific department’s area that will welcome the beneficiary of the mobility, including the address.
Select the required language in which the student’s activities will be carried out.
If the main language is other than English or Spanish, please indicate it here.
Indicate the minimum required level in the main working language according to the CEFR (A1–C2). Native speakers of that language will be assigned a C2.
If other languages are required, indicate which ones will be assessed.
Select fixed if your institution defines an exact number of days for the mobility period.
Select variable if the duration can be adjusted and depends on your institution’s availability or the needs of student. If you choose variable, you must also indicate the minimum number of days in the following field.
If a fixed period is selected, indicate the exact number of days (minimum 10).

Indicate the number of daily working hours expected from the student.
Complete with the information regarding the number of placements proposed by your institution in the department above-mentioned.
NOTE that if placements are from different departments, a separate offer form must be completed for each department.

List any special skills required for the placement, if applicable.
Select the specific technical skills the student should have.
Select from the drop-down menu the option that best matches the option of the accommodation offered by your institution.
Explain the conditions: free/by payment and the number of offered days for accommodation.
