Compostela Academy on the Camino

The Compostela Academy on the Camino was founded to provide a home for all the Compostela Group of Universities’ initiatives linked to the Camino de Santiago. In view of the wide variety of CGU initiatives focusing on the cultural route and the fact that they are aimed at different audiences, the network decided to create an specific programme to group them under one umbrella. With the aim of promoting CGU’s statutory objectives, as well as the knowledge of the Camino de Santiago and its capacity to bring about change on a social and university level.

CAMIÑOLAB

CAMIÑOLAB seeks to promote the Galician language, the Camino de Santiago and the material and immaterial heritage that surrounds this great cultural itinerary in our territory and abroad (Galicia and Europe).

Its scientific committee works to study the Xacobean phenomenon from a scientific and multidisciplinary perspective and adapted to the pandemic.

International Meeting of Rectors

The aim of these meetings is to create a space for the exchange and sharing of knowledge and experiences, as well as cultural visits to the venue. The meetings are aimed at rectors and presidents of CGU member universities to promote dialogue and debate on different issues concerning higher education.
