UDG invites CGU member universities to join the incoming exchange programme 2023 B

Higher education institutions can nominate their students until 11 May 2023.

The University of Guadalajara (UDG) encourages the member universities of the network to join the incoming exchange programme 2023 B. Institutions affiliated with the Compostela Group of Universities (CGU) can nominate and register their scholars for a mobility period at the UDG by signing a bilateral agreement.

Before submitting nominations, they are advised to check the academic courses of the university centres that are part of the UDG network. Moreover, students will have the possibility to carry out the mobility in-site or virtual mode, according to the offer defined by each of the centres attached to the programme.

To facilitate this process, the University of Guadalajara developed a guide to nominate students, which outlines the steps to follow to complete it. The deadline to do so is 11 May 2023.

After finalising the process, scholars will receive an email with instructions on how to complete their registration, which is essential to continue with their application. The closing date for carrying out this step is 16 May 2023.

For those who decide to formalise their registration on their own, the UDG explains that they will be considered independent students. This means that their participation will not fall within the framework of the collaboration agreement and, therefore, they will have to pay a registration fee.
