The International Spanish Center of the University of Burgos offers three intensive courses online on this language in July, through the virtual classroom of the Instituto Cervantes.

The intensive courses ‘El español hoy desde Burgos’ of the University of Burgos (UBU), which will be held from 6 to 24 July, are aimed at people with a minimum level of language proficiency equivalent to A1, following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and interested in improving their skills in it. In the courses, students will be divided into groups according to their level (A2, B1 and B2) and will learn pleasantly and flexibly, as well as gaining knowledge on the history, culture, customs and life of the country.

As far as teaching is concerned, throughout the learning process students will be tutored by UBU professors of Spanish as a foreign language. The courses also include 60 hours of autonomous work and 20 hours of collaborative work with colleagues and are recognized with six ECTS credits.

Those interested in taking the courses can take a free online level test and read the specific programmes for each course on the University of Burgos website.

The registration period is open until 30 June and costs 120 euros. To register, go to the Spanish courses page of the International Spanish Center of the UBU.
