Please read the guidelines for the Stella for Staff 2026 call on our website before submitting your placement offer.

We remind you that this form must be compulsorily completed online and in English for the offer to be accepted. Besides, if a CGU member university wants to submit more than one placement from different departments, one offer form must be completed per department.

Complete the field with the main telephone number to contact your institution.

Fill in with the link to the website of your institution. You can provide a link to the page in English if it’s available.

Complete the field with a short description of your institution. The maximum length of this description must be 500 characters, spaces excluded.

Information exceeding this limit will not be published, so make sure that the description is limited to those indicated characters.

Fill in with the name of the department where the mobility placement will take place.

Detail here the specific department’s area that will welcome the beneficiary of the mobility, including the address.

Describe in detail the tasks and activities the selected staff member will carry out during the placement.

Indicate the language required to perform the duties of the position offered.

Indicate the minimum level of language proficiency required according to the CEFR (A1–C2). Native speakers of that language will be assigned a C2.

Indicate other languages that may be of interest for performing the duties indicated.

Select fixed if your institution defines an exact number of days for the mobility period.
Select variable if the duration can be adjusted and depends on your institution’s availability or the needs of the visiting staff member. If you choose variable, you must also indicate the minimum and maximum number of days in the following fields.

Indicate the number of days that the mobility may last.

Indicate the minimum number of days (if variable) that the mobility may last.

Indicate the maximum number of days (if variable) that the mobility may last.

Specify the number of hours the selected candidate is expected to work per day.

Complete with the information regarding the number of placements proposed by your institution in the department above-mentioned.
