The Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI), a partner institution of the Compostela Group of Universities (GCU), is developing a new PhD Programme in International Law aimed at providing an advanced academic framework for the study of international and comparative legal systems.
The programme is structured around two main modules:
- Public International Law, which will cover topics such as International Humanitarian Law, International Dispute Settlement, Maritime Law, International Criminal Law, International Organizations, and International Environmental Law.
