Acknowledgements to the Compostela Group of Universities

First Prize Camino de Santiago 2018

The labour of the Compostela Group of Universities counts on the First Prize Camino de Santiago 2018 in its Fourth Category, intended to distinguish the initiatives and activities of academic, research and educational nature around the cultural itinerary and pilgrimage routes.

With this Award, the autonomous government through the Agency Tourism of Galicia, wanted to recognize the contribution that the CGU has been making since its inception and throughout the last quarter century to the study of the Camino de Santiago from a multidisciplinary, university and social point of view, and including the gender perspective and favoring the mobility of research staff.
