• Graduate studies in higher education planning and administration at the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo-INTEC (Dominican Republic).
• Past vice president for Research and Outreach at the INTEC (2008-2012).
• Former president of the pedagogical public university of the Dominican Republic, the Salome Ureña Teaching Institute (2013-2020).
