Students will be able to choose among 28 placement offers in six countries within the Stella Junior mobility programme.

The Stella Junior mobility programme of the Compostela Group of Universities (CGU) attracts the participation of 11 member universities of the network for its call for the submission of placement offers in 2022. These higher education institutions presented 28 mobility offers, all of them for in-person modality, as this is the one that is fostered in this edition.

In the 2022 call, the universities participating in this first phase of the programme are based in Spain, Mexico, Peru, Poland, the Czech Republic and the Republic of Serbia. Compared to last year, there is a slight increase, as students had the option to go to four countries compared to six in the current call.

In terms of departments where they can conduct the exchanges, students have the option to select the internationalisation, cooperation, biology, educational sciences, physical therapy, libraries, business administration, law or architecture areas.

The 28 mobility placements can be consulted on the website of the Stella Junior programme, as well as the electronic form for students from CGU member universities to submit their grant applications. This year the grants have a financial allocation of 400 euros. As usual, the grant shall be compatible with any other scholarship unless stated otherwise by others.

Students can submit their grant applications until 11 May 2022 (12:00 PM GMT – noon) via the online application form. After the deadline for submission, the CGU Executive Secretariat will review the documentation received and will open a period for remedying the shortcomings.

Once this process has been completed, the selection committee will evaluate the applications and designate the beneficiaries of the grants. The Compostela Group of Universities will soon publish the composition of this committee on its website.
