The electoral roll of the Compostela Group of Universities (CGU) will elect on 21 September 2023 the Executive Committee that will hold the presidency of the network for the period 2024-2027. This event will take place within the framework of the XXIX General Assembly of the CGU, organised by the University of Seville in the Andalusian capital.
To facilitate the monitoring of the election process and to make the documentation available to those interested in participating in it, the network has created a specific section on its website.
The heads of each university that is a full member of the network have one vote in the process. If they do not attend the session, they can submit their delegation to another person attending before 31 July using the form provided for this purpose.
As for the deadline for the submission of candidatures, the rectors’ and presidents’ teams of the full member institutions can submit them until 21 April. Among other documentation, they must include the application form, a curriculum vitae of the aspirant, letters of support and a memorandum with his proposed programme of activities. These should be sent by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the CGU Executive Secretariat.
