María Teresa Carballeira Rivera
María Teresa Carballeira Rivera is professor of Administrative Law and professor of the specific Degree in Criminological Sciences in the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). She is the current statutory Executive Secretary of the Compostela Group of Universities (CGU) since 2017.
She holds a Doctorate in Law by the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) and, in 2012, she received the recognition of Expert in International Cooperation for Development by the University of Camilo José Cela (Spain). She has been also accredited to full Professor by the USC.
She has been visiting professor in several Universities (e.g. University of Rovira I Virgili in Spain, University of Sassari in Italy, or University of Western Brest in France), and she has occupied different management and academic management positions in local, regional and international entities.
Professor Carballeira Rivera has wide experience as responsible and promoter of more than 100 university collaboration agreements as well as of proposals for projects and mobility programmes.
