The Compostela Group of Universities encourages students from the higher education institutions affiliated to the network to submit their works for its X International Video Contest.
The Compostela Group of Universities (CGU) has published today the call for its X International Video Contest, in which it invites students from its member universities to file their applications until 7 April 2021 via the electronic form available on the page of this activity. On this same page, they will find the call, which details the documentation they have to send to register, along with information on the topics and technical requirements that their videos must meet.
Concerning the signing of the letter of support, the Executive Secretariat asked its member universities to nominate a person to sign this document, which have to be included in the candidates’ applications. The delegates of the institutions affiliated to the network have until mid-January to respond to this request.
As every year, two prizes will be awarded to those students whose creations stand out for their creativity and originality. These prizes have an economic endowment of 1,000 and 400 euros gross amount. Besides, they will be able to express their gratitude for this acknowledgement in the XXVII General Assembly of the Compostela Group of Universities, where the winning video will be shown.
The candidatures received for the X International Video Contest of the Compostela Group of Universities will be assessed by a jury formed by the President, Marek Kręglewski; the Vice-President Inmaculada Fortanet, and the Executive Secretary of the CGU, Teresa Carballeira Rivera. Furthermore, the three members of the network’s member universities will be invited to renew their collaboration for the 2020 edition, as they are appointed biennially. Thus, the composition of this jury will be made published on the website well in advance.
